✓ Meal planning that follows your rules

Personalized meal plans, checked against your rules

Every meal is checked against your allergies, diet and nutrition limits — including ingredients hidden in sauces and broths. If we can't verify something, we flag it instead of guessing.

How it works

From your rules to a ready-to-cook week

  1. Set your rules

Allergies, diet, foods to avoid and daily limits. Allergies are hard rules; dislikes are preferences.

  2. Get your week

Tested recipes for the days and meals you actually cook.

  3. Swap anytime

Don't like a meal? Swap it — the new one is checked the same way.

  4. Shop and cook

One shopping list, grouped by store section.

Every decision explained

Three possible answers. Never a guess.

✓ Verified

Every ingredient, including what's inside sauces and broths, fits the rules you set.

✕ Not included

The recipe breaks a rule. You can always see which ingredient and why.

bread → contains gluten
almond milk → contains tree nuts
? Needs review

We couldn't verify an ingredient, like a store-bought sauce. It stays out of your plan until it's checked.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Is this safe for severe allergies?

MealVerify checks recipes against the restrictions you enter. It can't detect cross-contact or "may contain" risks in packaged foods, and it isn't medical advice. Always read labels and follow your allergist's guidance.

How is this different from other meal planners?

Many planners treat your exclusions as suggestions, and they often get lost when you swap or regenerate a meal. MealVerify checks every ingredient — including the ones hidden in sauces and broths — every time, and shows you the reason for each decision.
